Step 1: Submit Your Request or Book Yourself
Start by submitting the consultation request form below, self-schedule with our online booking platform (link below), or calling our office directly. Consultations are available either in-person or virtually through our secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
- Once we receive your inquiry, our team will contact you to begin the scheduling process.
- Before scheduling, we will request a set of photos using the same form provided below. Please submit photos at same time to expedite the process.
- If you prefer, we can receive photos by secure email after your initial form is submitted
- After reviewing your photos, we will follow up to formally offer a consultation appointment.
Step 2: Initial Phone Call with Our Team Member
Prior to your formal consultation, you will have a phone call with a member of our team. During this call, we will:
Discuss your surgical goals
Brief review of medical and surgical history
Discuss recovery timeline, expectations, and travel requirements (if out-of-town)
Discuss your timeline and begin exploring possible surgery dates
- Verbally provide an estimate of the surgical costs
Step 2: Consultation with Dr. Gray
Meet with Dr. Gray for a comprehensive in-person or virtual consultation.
- In person, he will examine your facial anatomy, discuss your aesthetic goals, and refine your treatment plan.
- If virtual, a one-on-one photo review with Dr. Gray to discuss your concerns and aesthetic goals.
- For rhinoplasty consultations, Dr. Gray will perform real-time photo morphing to simulate a realistic surgical outcome.
- You’ll receive a detailed overview of surgical options and other recommendations to meet your goals.
- He will cover anesthesia, the surgical process, recovery timeline, and potential risks.
Step 3: Surgical Quote & Scheduling A Date
After your consultation, our Patient Care Coordinator will provide a detailed surgical quote
Quotes include surgeon fees and estimated surgery center and anesthesia fees (paid separately to the surgery center)
You’ll be offered available surgery dates/ranges, which can be secured with a fully refundable 10% deposit of the quoted surgeon fees.
About two weeks before surgery, you’ll have a Pretreatment Visit (in person or virtual) in which our clinic will prepare and provide a personalized care package with all medications and necessary skin care products. Dr. Gray and/or our clinical team will review recovery expectations, medication schedules, incision wound care, and postop plans will be covered in detail.
