Facial Plastic Surgery Pricing
Current 2026 prices listed below reflect the surgeon fee only, which covers the procedure, prescribed medications from our office, any necessary recovery supplies/garments.
Facility/anesthesia fees:
- In-office procedures under local (numbing medication/lidocaine) have a $50 facility fee.
- In-office procedures under IV sedation have anesthesia fees based on procedural time (see time-based estimated fees below pricing)
- Surgical center procedures under general anesthesia require both facility fees and anesthesia fees based on procedural time (see time-based estimated fees below pricing)
Financing is available through CareCredit or PatientFi.

Revision cases, and patients with larger or more complex anatomy, take longer in the operating room. Dr. Gray builds extra time into these cases so the work is done properly. That added time raises both the surgeon fee and the time-based facility and anesthesia fees, so your quote reflects the time your case actually needs.
The same is true for patients who have had extensive facial filler or Sculptra, or repeated energy-based skin tightening. These can leave scar tissue in the planes Dr. Gray works through, which adds time to the surgery.

Surgical Candidacy & Recovery Expectations
Candidates must be in good overall health with a BMI of 34 or less. Patients are required to have a reliable postoperative care plan in place, either through family/friend or prearranged 24-hour nursing care, especially for procedures such as facelift surgery. Dr. Gray reserves the right to decline or postpone surgery for patients who are not medically fit, have unrealistic expectations, not appropriately prepared for recovery, or do not a designated person to help them recover.
2026 Surgery Center Facility + Anesthesia Fees
Estimated facility and anesthesia fees are set by the surgery center, not by Gray Facial Plastic Surgery.
The charge is based on how long surgery takes and is billed in half-hour increments. The hours listed next to each surgical procedure above are average surgery durations, so you can estimate your total from the table below.
The estimates below include the facility fee and the anesthesia fee combined.

Procedures performed in our Eagle office under local anesthesia carry a $50 facility fee in addition to the surgeon fee. There is no anesthesia fee for these cases.
All pricing on this page is an estimate. Your final cost is based on your surgical plan and will be provided in writing at the time of your consultation.
In-Office Anesthesia Fees
These procedures are performed in our Eagle office with IV sedation provided by a certified registered nurse anesthetist. The fee is based on how long the procedure takes.
Deep plane facelift, deep neck lift, and rhinoplasty are not performed under in-office IV sedation. Those cases require general anesthesia at the surgery center and are priced using the facility and anesthesia table above.
