Procedures
Deep Plane Facelift + Deep Neck Lift
Average Cost: $10,000 – $12,000
Average Time: 4-5 hours (see anesthesia/facility fee estimate section)
(always includes a deep neck lift and temporal brow lift)
Dr. Gray performs an extended deep plane facelift combined with a deep structure neck lift with tissue sculpting that offers unparalleled results that surpass those of less extensive facelift and neck lift techniques.
Dr. Gray’s extended deep plane facelift fully releases the SMAS from its deeper attachments, allowing for a natural and effortless repositioning. This advanced approach avoids the pitfalls of tension and stretching tissues, delivering the most dramatic, natural, and long-lasting results in facelift surgery.
Isolated Deep Neck Lift
Average Cost: $6,500 – $7,500
Average Time: 2-3 hours (see anesthesia/facility fee estimate section)
Dr. Gray offers two advanced neck lift procedures: the Isolated Deep Neck Lift and the Extended Deep Neck Lift.
Isolated Deep Neck Lift: Ideal for younger patients (20s to mid-30s), this technique sculpts the neck’s deeper structures, including excessive fat deposits, glands, and muscle laxity. It provides significant improvement to neck and jawline contour without the removal of skin, using a single discreet incision hidden beneath the chin.
Extended Deep Neck Lift
Average Cost: $7,000 – $8,000
Average Time: 3 hours (see anesthesia/facility fee estimate section)
Dr. Gray offers two advanced neck lift procedures: The Deep Neck Lift and the Extended Deep Neck Lift.
Extended Deep Neck Lift: Tailored for patients experiencing early signs of neck aging with skin laxity (late 30s to 40s), or younger patient who have experienced significant weight loss and have resultant neck skin laxity. In addition to sculpting deep neck structures, this procedure addresses redundant skin by incorporating a hidden incision behind each ear, allowing Dr. Gray to remove skin. This additional step ensures optimal redraping for a smoother, more elegant neckline.
Combination Face, Eye, and Neck Rejuvenation
Average Cost: $20,000 – 22,000
Average Time: 6-7 hours (see anesthesia/facility fee estimate section)
Comprehensive facial rejuvenation surgery that encompasses all possible face, eye, and neck procedures. Each patient has a curated plan by Dr. Gray to achieve the most dramatic result.
This combination includes an extended deep plane facelift, deep neck lift with tissue contouring, lateral brow lift, and if indicated based on individual needs: facial fat grafting, browlift, upper and lower eyelid lift, buccal fat reduction, lip lift, earlobe reduction, and full-face CO2 laser resurfacing.
This comprehensive, results-driven approach is the most powerful facial plastic surgery combination to produce dramatic yet natural results. Dr. Gray addresses the upper, middle, and lower third of the face, eyelids, neck, and the facial skin to reset facial aging by 10-15 years.
Cosmetic Rhinoplasty
Average Cost: $6,500 – $7,500
Average Time: 3 hours (see anesthesia/facility fee estimate section)
Rhinoplasty is a transformative procedure that reshapes the nose, enhancing both appearance and function. By artfully adjusting the nasal cartilage and bone, this surgery can refine your profile, bringing your features into harmonious balance. If you’re feeling self-conscious about your nose’s shape, rhinoplasty could be the perfect solution.
Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty
Average Cost: $6,500 – $7,500
Average Time: 3 hours (see anesthesia/facility fee estimate section)
(Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty is still performed with the “open technique”)
Ultrasonic rhinoplasty is a modern technique that uses high-frequency sound waves to precisely sculpt the nasal bones and hump while preserving surrounding soft tissues. This advanced approach allows for greater accuracy, reduces the risk of irregularities, and minimizes trauma to the nose. As a result, patients typically experience less bruising and swelling, leading to a smoother recovery. The reduced tissue disruption also means faster healing times, allowing patients to return to their normal routines sooner than with traditional rhinoplasty methods.
Functional Rhinoplasty
Average Cost: $3,000 – $4,000*
Average Time: 2-3 hours (see anesthesia/facility fee estimate section)
(Insurance can be billed; with need for prior authorization)
Functional rhinoplasty or septorhinoplasty is a surgical procedure designed to improve nasal breathing. Dr. Gray is one of the few Idaho surgeons who are both ENT and Facial Plastic Surgery trained and have advanced training in the functional aspects of nasal breathing.
If a patient would like a functional rhinoplasty in addition to cosmetic changes, insurance can be billed, and Dr. Gray will provide an honest estimate for the cosmetic portion.
Revision Rhinoplasty
Average Cost: $10,000 – $12,000*
Average Time: 4-5 hours (see anesthesia/facility fee estimate section)
*Highly variable and estimates can vary depending on each case; includes time to obtain grafts from rib, ear, septum or any other cartilage materials required to rebuild the nasal framework (if indicated).
Revision rhinoplasty is often sought by those who are dissatisfied with the outcome of a previous nose surgery, whether due to aesthetic concerns or functional issues. Dr. Gray is one of the few rhinoplasty surgeons in Idaho who uses rib cartilage grafting for complex revision cases.

Average Cost: $2,500
Average Time: 1 hour (see anesthesia/facility fee estimate section)

(if performed alone, can be performed in office)

Lower Blepharoplasty
Average Price: $3,000 – $3,500
Average Time: 1.5 hours (see anesthesia/facility fee estimate section)
(includes complementary fat grafting and skin pinch removal if indicated)
Lower eyelid correction is a rejuvenating procedure designed to diminish puffy, bulging bags under the eyes. In most patients, fat grafting is added to promote a youthful eyelid-cheek contour.

Average Cost: $5,000 – $5,500

(includes complementary fat grafting and skin pinch removal if indicated)

The ultimate eye rejuvenation combination, restoring youthful eyes eyelid bags, redundant upper eyelid skin, volume loss, crepey lower eyelid skin.

Brow Lift (or "Brow Reset")
Average Cost: $3,500 – $4,000
Average Time: 2 hours (see anesthesia/facility fee estimate section)
A sagging brow can unintentionally give the face a tired or stern expression, in addition to deep lines in the forehead. Dr. Gray offers an endoscopic brow lift to reset the fallen brows into their prior position and effectively opening the eyes, creating a refreshed and more youthful look.
Temple Lift (or "Lateral Brow Lift")
Average Cost: $2,000
Average Time: 1.5 – 2 hours

Forehead Reduction (Hairline Advancement)
Average Cost: $4,500
Average Time: 2 hours (see anesthesia/facility fee estimate section)
For individuals who feel self-conscious about an elongated forehead, Dr. Gray offers a permanent solution with forehead reduction surgery, also known hairline advancement. This procedure repositions the hairline and reduces forehead height, bringing balance and symmetry to the face.
Facial Fat Grafting
Average Cost: $2,500 – $3,000
Average Time: 1 hour (see anesthesia/facility fee estimate section)
Fat transfers skillfully repurpose your body’s excess fat to enhance and sculpt other areas, offering a natural alternative to synthetic fillers. Since the fat comes from your own body, the risk of complications is significantly lower. Facial fat transfers are popular for adding volume to the cheeks, filling hollow temples, and softening marionette lines and nasolabial folds.
Buccal Fat Reduction
Average Cost: $2,500
Average Time: 1-1.5 hours
(if performed alone, can be performed in office)
Buccal fat, often called “baby fat,” is the cheek padding that gives the face a round appearance. Partial removal of these fat pockets refines the lower third of the face, highlighting the cheekbones and sculpting facial contours.
Otoplasty
(Ear Pinning)
Average Cost: $2,000/ear
Average Time: 1-3 hours (see anesthesia/facility fee estimate section)
(in adults, can be done in office)
Otoplasty is the correction of prominent, asymmetrical, or misshapen ears. Dr. Gray employs advanced techniques to sculpt the ears, creating natural harmony with the face and head. For adults, this procedure is completed with local anesthesia in under an hour, offering a quick and comfortable transformation.
Earlobe Reduction/Repair
Average Cost: $650 (one side); $1,000 (both sides)
Average Time: 1 hour
(can be done in office)
Restore the ideal shape and appearance of your earlobes, often altered by the weight of heavy earrings or gauges. This procedure is perfect for those whose earlobes have stretched, torn, or lost their natural contour over time.
Submental/Neck Liposuction
Average Cost: $3,000
Average Time: 1 hour
(if performed alone, can be done in office)
Dr. Gray offers conservative neck liposuction for select candidates. In full transparency, Dr. Gray prefers Deep Neck Lifts over Liposuction as he believes that aggressive fat removal under the skin layer can prematurely age the neck, so this approach is ideal for younger patients with genetically heavy necks, where excess fat lies just above the platysma muscle.
CO2 Laser Skin Resurfacing
Average Cost: $1,000 (select area); $2,500 (full face)
Average Time: 1 hour
(if performed alone, can be done in office)
CO2 laser resurfacing uses precise laser beams to remove skin imperfections. This ablative treatment gently removes the top layer while stimulating collagen production and new cell growth, revealing a refreshed complexion. We use the Candela CO2 laser which can be customized to your skin type.
Not all patients need full face laser treatment; hence, we can target common areas to refresh including fine lines around the mouth and eyes or resurface select areas to treat acne scarring.
Facial Scar Revision
Average Cost: $1,000 – $1,500
Average Time: 1 hour (done in office)
Scar revision surgery offers a transformative solution to reduce the visibility of scars on the face or body. By refining their thickness or subtly adjusting their orientation, this procedure can make scars far less noticeable.
Mole & Facial Cyst Removal
Average Cost: $500
Average Time: 0.5 hour (done in office)
Mole and cyst removal in office with optimal cosmetic closure.
